Positive: All was clean. But… Negative: The rent team are cheaters. They will not give you back you deposit (1000) I was waiting for 2 weeks and after…. There was an ashtray on the balcony when you checked in. When you checked out, they said smoking was prohibited and the fine was 3,500! So they gave you a discount and didn't return the 1,000 dirham deposit. It's a typical scam. They'll open a police report. Everybody be careful!
