Great location, solid comfort, and an easy stay with a standout Burj Khalifa view. Positive: The location is unbeatable, steps from Dubai Mall with a full, direct Burj Khalifa view that delivers exactly as advertised. The apartment was decent, comfortable, and fully equipped for a long stay. Smooth check-in, fast Wi-Fi, and overall a convenient base for Dubai. Negative: A few small details could be tightened: some of the furniture and fittings show light wear, and housekeeping could be a bit more attentive between guest turnovers. Nothing major, but worth improving.
